Artist statement
My art is to capture human emotions and bring them to life in photo portraits.
I want to catch life as it appears on the surface of the face.
The reason I am a portrait photographer is because I am fascinated by human existence.
I try to understand life by photographing faces.
I see this as an attempt to give human life a face.
In my work I am always looking for the portrait that reveals human existence
With the portraits of hens and roosters I work the same way and I have the same goal
I see them as human creatures
I try to understand them and show them in such a way that you can have contact with them.
In the portrait they tell their story of live who they are and how they life.
